At Amazon Pay, I lead the Real Time Monitoring team within the Payments BizOps charter. My team of operations analysts is responsible for ensuring transactions acceptance utilising real time monitoring and issue triaging. The team also acts as SPOC for refunds charter, including facilitation of refunds, availability of refund reference numbers, and a multitude of use cases like success after failure, stuck refunds, failed refunds etc. The role is extensive and includes processor integrations, consumption on remittence files, alignment on transaction acceptance from a bin property validation perspective and a lot more.
